  • Seit 2025 – Gründer und Entwickler bei Cyber United: Bei Cyber United entwickle ich maßgeschneiderte Web- und Mobile-Lösungen, einschließlich skalierbarer Web-Apps, intuitiver Webshops und mobiler Anwendungen. Dabei lege ich besonderen Wert auf User Experience, zuverlässige Cloud-Architekturen, robuste Datensicherheit und DSGVO-konforme Datenverarbeitung. Meine Lösungen zeichnen sich durch Mehrsprachigkeit, mobiles responsives Design und sichere Zahlungsprozesse aus.
  • 2022–2025 – Security Enablement & Architecture, Raiffeisen Bank International AG: In meiner Rolle im Bereich Security Enablement & Architecture bei der Raiffeisen Bank International AG war ich verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und den Betrieb einer hochsicheren Remote-Zugriffsumgebung auf AWS. Dabei setzte ich Infrastructure-as-Code mit AWS CloudFormation um und automatisierte AWS IAM- und Directory Services. Zur Prozessoptimierung entwickelte und deployte ich serverlose AWS Lambda-Funktionen in Python. Darüber hinaus führte ich technische Schulungen durch und präsentierte den Service gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern. Zusätzlich sammelte ich Erfahrungen in Security Assessments und Threat Modeling und unterstützte Proof-of-Concept-Projekte in der Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • 2020–2022 – IT-Systemadministrator bei der Bildungsdirektion Wien: Meine Tätigkeit umfasste die Administration von Windows- und Linux-Systemen, Netzwerkmanagement, Software-Deployment sowie die Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Passwortmanagement und Security Audits. Ich entwickelte umfassende Dokumentationen und stellte effizienten IT-Support für Nutzer bereit.
  • 2016–2020 – Rezeptionist: Im Star Inn Hotel Salzburg Zentrum und im Hotel Der Wilhelmshof in Wien vertiefte ich meine Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, in stressintensiven Situationen kundenorientiert zu agieren. Zudem übernahm ich administrative Kontrolltätigkeiten und zeigte eine hohe Flexibilität in unterschiedlichen Aufgabenbereichen.
  • 2014–2015 – Immobilienkaufmann bei Remax City Homes: Ich sammelte wertvolle Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertragsmanagement, Kundenberatung, Marktanalyse und Immobilienbewertung, wobei ich insbesondere meine Fähigkeiten in der Verhandlungsführung stärken konnte.
  • 2014–2015 – Hotelmanagement im Hotel Schima Drosa und Hotel Der Abtenauer: In diesen Managementpositionen bewies ich meine organisatorische Kompetenz in Vertragsverhandlungen, Mitarbeiterführung, Beschaffungsmanagement und in der individuellen Gästebetreuung.
  • 2013 – HGA Lehrling im Hotel Der Abtenauer: Meine berufliche Laufbahn begann mit grundlegenden Einblicken und praktischen Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Kundenservice, Housekeeping und organisatorische Abläufe im Hotelgewerbe.

My name is Ivan Petrovic, born on 11 November 1992 in Vienna, Austria, and I am the founder and creative mind behind Cyber United. As an experienced software engineer and security specialist, I combine technical expertise with practical solutions and innovative approaches.

  • Since 2025 – Founder and developer at Cyber United: At Cyber United I develop tailor-made web and mobile solutions including scalable web apps, intuitive web shops and mobile applications. I place special emphasis on user experience, reliable cloud architectures, robust data security and GDPR-compliant data processing. My solutions are characterized by multilingual capabilities, responsive mobile design and secure payment processes.
  • 2022–2025 – Security Enablement & Architecture at Raiffeisen Bank International AG: In my role in Security Enablement & Architecture at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, I was responsible for designing, developing, and operating a highly secure remote access environment on AWS. I implemented Infrastructure-as-Code using AWS CloudFormation and automated AWS IAM and directory services. To optimize processes, I developed and deployed serverless AWS Lambda functions in Python. Additionally, I conducted technical training and presented the service to both internal and external stakeholders. I also carried out administrative control activities and demonstrated a high degree of flexibility in various tasks.
  • 2014–2015 – Real estate agent at Remax City Homes: I gained valuable experience in contract management, customer consulting, market analysis and real estate valuation, particularly strengthening my negotiation skills.
